BOOKING & PAYMENT
RESERVING YOUR DATE
Once you’ve selected your wedding collection, a signed contract and 30% retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date.
Your date is not considered booked until both the contract and retainer have been received.
Because wedding dates are limited, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
30% Retainer — Due at Booking
Non-refundable retainer required to secure your date.
35% Payment — 6 Months Before Wedding
Second installment toward your remaining balance.
35% Final Payment — 30 Days Before Wedding
Final balance is due one month before your wedding date.
Payment plans can be discussed if you need a different arrangement.

Once your date is officially reserved, you'll receive:

Planning questionnaire
Wedding photography timeline guidance
Engagement session scheduling, if included
Access to communication throughout the planning process
Final details questionnaire before your wedding day

All retainers are non-refundable and are applied toward the total collection price.
Dates are not held or guaranteed without a signed contract and retainer.
Additional coverage, travel, albums, and other add-ons must be paid in full according to the agreed-upon invoice.
